The Absolute Correct Way Of Deep Breathing
The way we breathe can be instrumental in ushering in a positive state of mind.
Deep breathing has a host of benefits which are no way limited only to the state of mind.
Meditation has been advocated as a terrific way to improve one's health for centuries.
Happiness truly comes from within us, not outside.
There is a particular way of deep breathing that actually promotes happiness and a deeper sense of serenity within us.
This is the exercise which I will be focusing on in this post.
To start off this wonderful and easy breathing exercise you must first sit on the ground or on a chair.
Then close your eyes, breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for about 3 seconds, and then breathe out for 6 seconds.
There it's really that simple. Repeat the breathing process for 10 minutes.
After that, just lie down or sit there experiencing the stillness, calm and serenity that transpires inside of you.
It is advisable that you consult your family doctor before starting off with this particular breathing exercise.
It's best to get a medical opinion before you start off your journey into a deep sense of relaxation and calm.
The calmness and relaxed state of mind makes you feel really happy and wonderful on the inside.
You can literally see the calm and happy look on your face and it's one of the best feelings to be in a state of complete relaxation in just few minutes.
